The F.F.S. 4 Side Sealing Machine (Liquids/Paste) is a compact and efficient solution designed for packing liquid and semi-liquid products such as shampoo, lubricants, oils, wine, and pastes. With a filling range of 3 ml to 100 ml, it operates at a speed of 20 to 60 pouches per minute, depending on the product and filling range. The machine supports both 3-side and 4-side sealing using heat sealable laminates and can handle pouch dimensions ranging from 60–300 mm in length and 50–400 mm in width. Constructed with durable stainless steel AISI 304 contact parts, it ensures hygienic operation and longevity. Powered by a 2 kW motor, it operates on a single-phase 220V connection and uses a volumetric piston or pump dosing system for accurate filling.
